Information we collect
We collect the account, education, application, profile, learning progress, payment reference, attendance, assignment, and certificate information you submit or generate while using the platform.
How information is used
We use this information to review applications, manage program access, verify manual payments, deliver learning activities, assess completion, issue certificates, and send account or program notices.
Who can see your information
Admins can manage learner records. Assigned mentors can see information needed to teach and review learners in their programs. Public certificate verification shows the holder’s name, program, issue date, and status; it does not show email, phone, grades, or private files.
Files and security
CVs, payment proofs, and assignment uploads are stored as private files and provided only to authorized users. We use access controls and secure password storage to protect accounts.
